Solent business park refurbishment.
After the existing tenant moved out Vision were tasked with turning the vacant suite into a bright and inviting hot desking space.

The suite was very dull and plain and not inviting to future clients. Using the existing colour scheme of the building we added some colour through feature walls and new carpet throughout the suite.

New Data installation was added and fluke tested along with a completely new energy efficient led lighting system.

The  desks have been repositioned and  floor boxes moved to suit, a new breakfast bar added to serve 4 new hot desk positions.

The existing air conditioning has been adapted to serve the two meeting rooms and a complete service was carried out of the entire system.

The outdated oak woodwork has been painted in grey to tie in with the new carpet.

 

After a deep clean the suite is looking vibrant and fresh, ready to go on the market.
