The Ready4Racing Vision CPS team first took to the track in 2019, supporting two young up and coming riders in the Pirelli National Superstock 600 Class, one of the major Support classes in the British Superbike Championship.

Following Ready4Racing’s successful debut season, winning their first British Championship Superstock 600 race, scoring 5 podiums and 6 Front Row starts, Team R4R Vision CPS changed manufacture to the Ducati V2 959 for the 2023 British Supersport season. With the aim of being at the front of the British Supersport Championship, R4R Vision will also be bringing in young talent to develop their skills and turning them into future Champions.

Managed by Gino Rea and Vision CPS, Team R4R Vision riders have the opportunity to train and be mentored by Gino throughout the year, starting with off-season Rider Coaching and Fitness training, ensuring the riders are Ready to go when the race season starts. Proving the formula was 2019 rider Caolan Irwin, who scored his first race win and transformed into a Championship contender with the backing and coaching of the R4R Vision team.
